The Board of Directors of EFORT W.F.C. Holding S.p.A. is chaired by Dr. You Wei, Chairman & CEO of the Parent Company EFORT Intelligent Equipment Co. Ltd.

The executive power is held by Fabrizio Ceresa, in the capacity of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and Alberto Durando, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and of the Group.

The Holding company performs the main coordination functions for the Group, with regard not only to the Executive and Financial part, but also to the Technical Operational, Commercial, Legal, Procurement and Administrative Accounting sectors, in the figures of Andrea Ghiorzi, Marco Zanor, Kang Bin and Zeng Hui.
