Headquartered in Turin, EFORT Europe works as both operational holding and R&D centre tasked with overseas business development and capital allocation, focusing on prototyping the group’s selected new robotic products.
Founded in 2018 after the group’s 2015–2017 cross-border M&A drive, it holds core know-how across mechanical, electrical and software engineering and partners with Turin’s ELLIS team for AI research.
It coordinated all foreign subsidiaries throughout EFORT’s entire pre-IPO, listing and post-listing process ahead of the group’s successful 2020 Shanghai Stock Exchange IPO, underpinning the group’s strong market and financial standing.

The expertise of the Holding and its subsidiaries spans various business areas, including industrial automation, robotic painting, material handling, the production of turnkey systems for the automotive, railway and aerospace industries, and the provision of cutting-edge engineering solutions in regions worldwide, EMEA, LATAM, NAFTA and APAC (with the exception of the Chinese market).
